All of our feeders are manufactured from prime steel and acid washed. Most items are then processed with 2 coats of primer and 2 coats of industrial enamel in our modern down draft paint booth. Several items like our smaller creep feeders, bunks and park products are all powder coated. This process bakes the paint on at 375 degrees for a very durable long lasting finish.

To better serve our customers we have several pieces of equipment that are CNC controlled to ensure accuracy and reliability as well as a down draft liquid paint booth and powder coating system.
